  : The instructions provided by Booking.com to reach the parking, were very clear. It was easy to go into the parking and to reach the hotel. It was nice to be in the center of the historic town. We could walk around safely till late at night and return to our hotel room easily. We enjoyed doing a walk around Brugge the next day and to do a boat trip on the canals. .
  : The location is good in the sense that it is right in the heart of the historic town. However, the area is quite noisy. There was noise till far into the early hours of the morning. So unfortunately, I did not sleep so well. We had booked a room for 60 Euro. When we arrived at Lace hotel, we found out that the room we had booked, was very basic and it was on the 4th floor. The lady at reception immediately offered us a much better room on 1st floor, which had a small balcony, and 2 comfortable armchairs, a small desk, and a nice bathroom. So we paid Euro 20 per night extra for a better room. The room did not have a kettle / facilities to make tea or coffee. It would have been nice to be able to make some tea or coffee in the room late at night and / or early in the morning.

  : The location was great and the staff was nice.
  : There were spots on one of the duvets and rust colored splotches all over the shower curtain. The mattress springs pressed directly into our backs and the wireless wouldnt connect to our devices.

  : Good location and the room had 2 chairs. The view to the square was nice.
  : The room was a little cold and there weren't extra duvets (warm blankets). The duvet was not very warm.There was a high step to enter to the bathroom.
