  : Location was good for our visit.
  : A water puddle at the front door, unfortunately the carpets were grubby. Our room was big enough but the bathroom was a disgrace. An old coloured bathroom suite with a tilting toilet very close to the basin, old style wall tiles and dirty cracked mastic surrounds. The shower was good.

  : Restaurant had great selection of food on the menu, it was well presented and delicious. staff were very smiley and friendly.shower was hot and powerful.
  : The bedroom was diabolical- dirty old stained carpets, resident flies in the room and down the corridor, fly cemetery in the light fitting, sloping floor, broken blinds, broken wardrobe, broken bathroom handle, broken bed knob, peeling wallpaper, wires exposed on ceiling light fitting and tv only had 3 channels. No Wi-Fi until we asked for code. Nothing like the photos at all. certainly wont be returning.

  : The hotel had changed owners a few months ago. Our booking was not honored and we had to pay again for our rooms even though my friends and I paid in full when I booked it last November and had proof of our booking reservation via booking.com. I will be contacting customer services for a full refund. My friend spoke with the new owner who was away on his holiday because of the manager that was in charge didnt have the authority to deal with us, the new owner and manager said that they didnt know anything about our booking and that If we wanted to stay we had to pay again. We were left with no other options but to pay again for the same 3 rooms wed already previously paid for.
  : The fact that the rooms were very dated although clean, the plumbing was exceptionally noisy when other guests would use there facilities in there rooms. The cold water tap in one of the rooms couldnt be turned off fully and was constantly running. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was not fitted correctly and would slide off to one side when sat on. The sounds from the air conditioning system was like a loud screeching noise during the night. The noise from farm tractors and lorries during the night was so loud when they passed it kept waking us up. Got a screw stuck in my tyre from parking in the car park.
