  : location is great - in the middle of hip Williamsburg restaurant and bar and short walk to pier park that has great view of Manhattan
  : Ask for the room with mahattan view - we booked this place for the balcony and ours was on the back so view of astoria queens etc but not mahattan skyline - and you can only access the pool for 3 hours a day through a booking system

  : The balcony and the views as well as the pool and fitness room
  : The king bed in the suite was on the small side and the extra bed in the living room was really not an option but to sleep on even though the room was for 4 people. The hotel also need to ramp up its service levels. We didn’t get the room refreshened one day before we called reception in the evening, another day it took a long time to get the extra bed made up and they forgot to bring a comforter/duvet and the in room dining took forever without them giving a heads up about the timing. There was a lot of noise from the restaurant upstairs so even though the views from 21 floor are amazing the noise from the restaurant is very disruptive. It also sounded like water was constantly pouring in the room next door or above.

  : Poor service, cheap furnishings, feels like an ikea showroom. Staff not up to par to nightly rate. Fees for everything. Not much included in stay. Want to use the pool? Well sure, for 3 hours a day. Want to use it longer, get ready to pay at least $150 a couple for basic chairs. They care more about ResortPass guests than their own. Poorly run facility, cheap furnishings, demand top dollar room rates. They will go babkrupt like the Williamsburg did, just hope the next operators focus more on the guest

  : You guys are a bit greedy with the abundance a beds and canopies by the pool. You need more free chairs for guests. Make your money by taking drink and food orders directly.

  : The hotel is very nice! The pool area was gorgeous (Although I was charged to be seated even though I was a guest!!??) The room was a good size compared to other hotels in New York. The balcony and the view are perfect!!!! The staff are great! The rooftop restaurant is pretty & the views are divine! I enjoyed my stay! However...See below
  : I booked on Booking.com and thought that was all. Then, when paying, the price went up due to the taxes & fees of the hotel (by hundreds of pounds). Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a further $1000 Holding Fee. This is a hidden cost that should be made known before arrival!! It was super stressful. At this point, all other suitable hotels were booked up. I was surprised and upset but calm and polite. They said if I couldn't pay a holding fee, I couldn't stay. Also, note that refunds would take days/weeks, so you can't use it for another place/airbnb. The wonderful receptionist, after some time and my visible distress, embarrassment, concern, and fatigue, spoke w managers & it was bought to $500.Later, I was charged for sitting at the pool area. I still don't know why as it should be free.
