  : The location to my daughter is perfect. She lives across the street. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was remarkably clean. I own a cleaning business and would love to have employees attentive to detail as yours.
  : Pricey per night. The continental breakfast is expensive, and it should be free with the room. The things I would change inside the room is: there was shampoo and body lotion inside the shower. Maybe have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I could have used that. The bar soap doesn't lather well or rinse easily.

  : Was in town for an early morning doctor visit for.my son.Asked staff for shower chair for my disabled son, was told one would be sent up. Never received..asked aagin and was told the same but was never received.. had to scramble again in the morning when i was told they just didnt have one. Finally someone found one and delivered it to the room so my son could shower before his doctor visit last minute.. noone told me the 2 times i askedthe night before that it would be an issue. Instead of informing me there was a problem they just decided to ignore my request. Extremely unproffesional given the fact that we were already were dealing with the stress of an ongoing medical situation and an out of state doctors visit . I didnt think that providing a very basic piece of equipment that would make a handicapped childs stay go smoother should have been a difficult issue to resolve or at the very least inform me that it was a problem.. Had i known i wouldve gone to any CVS and bought one so he could shower. When i voiced my complaint your staff rather begrudgedly said theyd take 25$ off the rather pricey room i had booked adding insult to injury..I was very disappointed in the service provided by staff and the lack of empathy shown.MW

  : Room and facility were clean and staff was pleasant.
  : I ordered room service, a caesar salad and roasted Brussel sprouts at about 4:00 pm. It took an hour and a half to be delivered. When I was leaving in the morning, wanted to grab a cup of coffee while waiting for my car to be brought around but decided against it when I saw the sign that a cup of coffee is $3.00. When you pay $400.00 a night for a room, you expect the coffee in the lobby, at 9:00 am, to be complimentary.

  : Service in the Punch Bowl.
  : When we arrived I noticed some of the fruit in the fruit bowls by the front desk were turning or had turned bad. When we got to the room we found that one of the remotes for the curtains didn't stay on its wall holder and the remote didn't work. When ti was time to use the reading light only one worked. In the bathroom there are no towel racks or rings near the sink for a hand towel or wash cloth.
