  : We did not have breakfast at the property. The location was very good. It was so approachable. The view from the window was mind blowing. We had booked sea facing room.
  : The price was too high compared to the other places we stayed in Scotland. Breakfast should have been included at this price atleast.

  : The room was comfortable and warm with stunning views across the water. Car parking was convenient opposite the hotel. The two evening meals we ate there were good.
  : We felt the breakfast offering was sparse and poor value for money. Ours was included in our room rate but had we have had to pay £15 we would have requested a refund. Breakfast didn’t start until 8am and on our last day we asked if it would be possible to have something earlier as we had a ferry to catch. The lady we spoke to did not come back to us with a response so we assumed it was not possible.

  : Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Very pleasant staff. Great restaurant. Free parking. Good views from the car park. Quiet area
  : Doesn’t look inviting from the outside but that’s not easily altered!
