  : The location could not be better. Breakfast is served at a nearby patisserie. Above the basics: coffee/tea, juice, butter, jam, Nutella, and toast there are many options. You can also ask for granola, egg dishes ("hemenex"), cold cuts, croissants, and sandwiches. You get breakfast with a voucher. The studio is nice, has everything you need for a short stay, and the beds are comfortable. WiFi worked properly.
  : Online check-in was an easy go 2 days before departure, but getting your key was more complicated. There is no physical reception at this hotel (this should be made clear in the hotel description) and I received instructions on how to get the keys only after I phoned the receptionist. He was helpful, though. Our studio was on the third (fourth) floor, accessible through an old spiral staircase. There is an ongoing renovation next to the building, and the entrance was not very nice. In the building, there was also a nightclub, that had a day off on our first day, but we heard the music playing late the next night.

  : The room has windows to the courtyard, so is very quiet. Old building, so must be very comfortable in summer season.
  : Recommendation - you should inform potential customers, that the building is old, steep stairs and no elevator.

  : The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, there was also tea and coffee, nice sofas, table, furniture. Despite not having done the online check-in, the owner came to let me in and was very friendly and also ready to help with any questions I could have. I appreciated the friendly welcome after a long travel. :)
  : There were three things that made my stay worse than expected: 1. An online check-in is necessary, else you dont get into the room. 2. This accommodation states there is wellness, which is not true. This should be corrected here in the booking offer. There is a city public swimming pool and sauna 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, but it doesnt belong to the accommodation and it is not part of the accommodation offer. 3. My apartment was on the ground floor with the access door directly from the courtyard. At 11pm suddenly I was woken up by repeated knocking - maybe it was on a neighbors' door or someone mixed up their door, but it was unpleasant and a bit scary. I know now for sure I will never choose any apartment on the ground floor anymore. :)
