  : The location was convenient for Brixen and Westendorf
  : Our whole stay left a very negative feel because we could not get any WiFi: the local agent responded immediately but could not get Wifi for us either - he came and tried - and we messaged the owners on day 2 saying 'This needs sorting out, we are very upset,' - and heard absolutely nothing. Every single device all week said, ' You cannot connect with this network' , and we know from previous reviews and from a comment from the agent that this has been going on for at least 2 years. We needed Wifi for both work and personal communications, and it was deeply upsetting not to have it. This house was costly; we do NOT expect a lack of Wifi, or a complete lack of care from the owner, even in a much cheaper house and definitely not in one labelled 'Luxurious'. Furthermore, the basement two bedrooms lacked light, one facing the car parking wall a few centimetres away and the other only received light through a metal grating. The living room sofas were not sufficient for 9 of us. The dining table seemed to be unwaxed or treated and was therefore very hard to clean as well as having unhygienic wide cracks in it which could only be cleaned by vacuuming out.
