  : The room was outdated, TV did not work BBC channels were intermittent, WiFi poor in room. The paint was flaking off the ceiling in the room. Mould in walls in bathroom, mirror in bathroom was filthy and rusty around the edges, front of sofa bed broken. Quality of room extremely poor. Food not the best for the money, missing items from order no avocado in an over priced prawn cocktail, new potatoes under cooked, as I was a solo traveller for work I felt as if the staff did not want me there and were more attentive to the couples/family groups. Wanted to discuss at check out but no staff around, waited over 10 minutes to check out but nobody around just being stared at by people eating breakfast so left key on desk and walked out!

  : Breakfast superb!!! Staff very helpful and friendly. When we arrived a member of staff gave us good information on local transport and where to go.
  : Room was a bit tired looking, just could do with a bit of patching up on the paint but don't let that put you off as had a great stay!

  : Steep step in bedroom to the ensuite. In Booking.com the booking appeared to be a family room. Actual room was cozy to say the least.

  : service was very slow - breakfast didnt get served till 730 even though it was supposed to start at 7 so I was late for meetingsAt night it took half an hour to get a drink and 1 hr and 10 mins to get a main course.My room had a television which didn't work and it wasn't repaired and I was promised a partial refund but it wasn't forthcomimg Service was poor and very slow

  : nothing, we arrived at 22.20hrs, and was told that checkin closed at 22.00,and that we couldn't stay the night. The conformation email stated Checkin from 15.00 checkout Monday 1st July. no mention of a cut off time.
  : Having to find accomodation at 22.30hrs on a Sunday night after a 3 hour drive and then having to pay£40 for parking that was going to be included in our booking at Miller and Carter.
