Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
