  : Location was excellent. Although very small, it was so cosy and cute, and it had everything you could need in an apartment for 2 guests. Liked the fact it came with parking when we booked as Brighton is so expensive to park , and all kitchen equipment, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board were to hand. Even complimentary coffee etc.
  : Didn't like that we couldn't check in until 3pm. There was a stain on the bed sheet which was off putting. The dog below did it's wees right by the kitchen window so we had to keep it closed as it smelt really bad of urine. Parking space was so tiny it took us time to get the car in the space. We were concerned in case it got knocked as hardly any room to manoeuvre.Another problem was, there were yellow lines all the way up the road and the parking attendant was hot. Meant one of us had to unload all the luggage out whilst the other stayed in the car, then park up by themselves in the next street which was awkward. Was daunting as there was a couple of people smoking weed nearby where I was, and the neighbour down the road who was chatty and explained the houses opposite were housing recovery drug addicts and there had been a few break ins . Made me so nervous. Several cars had tickets from leaving their car there outside. We could hear every nose from the flat upstairs. They were really loud and banging about a lot and talking loud. We found the sofa in the kitchen a little snug for 2 of us to sit and watch a little TV. Also we have never had to empty bins in an apartment afterwards. We found this a nuisance as we had a lot to do in the morning and it was a rush to get done by 11, grab our car from the next street, and empty bins and load luggage in the car whilst looking out for parking attendant so we didn't get a ticket. I thought the apartment was over priced for what we got to be honest. But guess the parking, although it's a nightmare to park in, was why we paid more. Plus it was pride weekend. Hate giving negative comments, but feel the owner should be aware of the issues we found.

Horrible looking green house as you will be clampedThe hot water in the kitchen runs out very quicklyThe shower and bathroom is very small
