: Great location for the Piece Hall and the free parking was a bonus. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the bathroom was massive! The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and replenished constantly.
: It didn’t seem like enough staff were on duty. When we arrived there was one staff member checking people in, fetching irons, running the bar, answering the phone, the poor guy was rushed off his feet. When we returned to the hotel in the evening there was no-one on reception at all and a fellow guest who had locked themselves out of their room couldn’t contact anyone on the ‘out of hours’ number. That said a business that offers a value hotel has to find the cost savings somewhere I guess.

Poor

: The staff were extremely polite, well mannered and professional
: Toilets splattered with sephia plumage. I belive this hotel may be frequented by homosexual sex workers. Our neighbor's sounded like they were wrestling until the small hours with a soundtrack of hard house and Adele on full volume. I was awoken by a strange looking man at around 11pm who wasn't quite sure what planet he was on, I politely informed him he was at the wrong door. The sheets had a few cigarette burns on, which was a little uninspirational. I rang reception with regards to the noise from our neighbor's and the very professional man on reception was very helpful. All in all the experience was mediocre at best and we didnt stay the second night we had booked.

: Taking bookings they have no intention of honouring. I certainly will never bother with the place again.
