  : Lovely inn in a beautiful quiet location, our room was spacious and the lady (Georgia?) who was behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the inn on two nights and the food was great, was the best steak Ive had in a long time. Warning! If you choose one of the delicious waffles as dessert they are huge - one is enough to share between two.
  : Only niggle was our room had a flight of stairs up to it and at the bottom of the stairs was a fire escape light that could not be turned off. As there was no door between the stairs and the room the light shone up the to room all night. Being one who cannot sleep with a light on it was annoying, tried to cover it up but it was still noticeable. I understand why it was there though.

  : The building was beautiful. The room was spacious. And the TV was huge. The free WiFi was also a bonus given the rural location which was also a plus point for me.
  : The room could've been alot cleaner.. It was very dusty. The floor under the bed was filthy, we know as our dog kept venturing under there. The bathroom sink also looked like a cup of tea had just been thrown in it. The shower was very hard to use as the lever was ceased and almost impossible to move. The shower cubicle door was also broken and very dangerous.. It falls on you every time you open or close it and this should really be addressed(room 7 for reference of any future guests, be careful). Tea and coffee making facilities were also lacking and just leftovers from previous guests, luckily we bought our own as we going on holiday the day we checked out and packed for that. This place has the potential to be amazing if the owner takes on board customers negative comments and fixes the broken things around the rooms.

  : loved the spacious room, large tv with access to Netflix which was an unexpected bonus. Also great sized bath. Lots of windows to let in sunlight which was great on a sunny weekend. The pub beer garden itself is very pretty and picturesque. Good proximity to Bridport and Seatown.
  : a spare toilet roll would have been nice, when we ran out and requested a second, we had to wait for someone to drive through traffic to us as no staff are based permanently at the inn. It would have been amazing if they served breakfast or lunch but it wasn't expected. Very springy synthetic pillows.

  : Blown bulbs in hall, stairs and room. unsuitable to have upstairs room for dog. lack of outside lighting. when booked we were given room 7 then changed to room 4 which being on ground floor would have been better for dog and on day of arrival we were told we were being upgraded to room 7.

  : Got a room upgrade for no extra charge. Very good room with four poster bed.
  : Minor things but they make all the difference - Although the main room was excellent and clean the bathroom sink and loo were dirty. One shower door not fixed safely and shower controls loose. Get those fixed and the room would be perfect.
