  : Clean sheets
  : Constant wet floors in the bathroom. Milk for coffee were off. Behind the cupboards were were dirty children's sweets which were moldy n covered in hair . Cotton earbuds stuck to skirting boards. Although the sheets were the bed was completely stained with blood n other staining n crumbs on the mattress. It was nothing like the photos.We weren't expecting the Ritz. But a clean room would have been a minimum requirement. We were lead to believe the parking was closer. Yours 2 very disappointed customers.

  : Disgusted with the fact the guy was drinking on my arrival and I didnt realise how much, Im absolutely fuming, just got woke up by the guy trying to get in my room at 3am because he forgot that he checked me in because hed had to much beer. Room was freezing with no heating on, no hair dryer to even help warm myself up, shower was poor and it stated BATHROOM NOT SHOWER ROOM, was looking forward to a bath, bed poorly made and the ceiling light doesnt even work, nothing matches. Ive stopped in a lot of hotels being every week in fact but this one!! Never again, wouldnt book it for an actual pig for the night

  : We arrived at the hotel, there is no one there but we had a key code to enter. On entering the property, the communal hallway was dirty, we went upstairs to our room on the first floor. We both had small weekend cases but I found the stairs unsafe as to the top there was no hand rail. Due to an error, we did not have our own bathroom but we thought it was only two nights so it would be ok. The communal toilet was next to our room which stunk & was dirty as no one had cleaned the toilet after using it. The communal shower had mixed hairs (long & short) in the plug hole also where no one had bothered to clean after using it. We did not stay more than 1 hour in the hotel, I would have struggled with the stairs with the lack of handrail & the facilities were dirty. As previously explained our room was next to the toilet & after seeing the toilet, I was sure I could smell the toilet in our room. This is not a hotel it is a hostel, its cheap accommodation if you want cheap, but not cheerful. Whilst at the hotel we did try to contact the reception, to explain we were not staying & could we have a refund for the second night but nothing & they took the full amount. Since then, we have also emailed the hotel & received no reply.

  : Mould in shower button missing off shower Wall paper bubbling and nearly coming off wall Being told to vacate room between 11am and 4 pm for cleaning etc NOTJING WAS DONE TO ROOM AT AAL

  : It doesnt have a place to cook but it does have a good area to heat food and a fridge.
