WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Résidences Alticimes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
- arrival after 10pm in winter: 30€.
- arrival after 8pm in summer: 20€.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Alternatively, for all bookings of the last minutes, all beds will be made as double beds.
