  : A member of our group had their room entered by a stranger whilst they were in bed. The hotel explanation was inadequate.

  : not clean enough every where, dirty places on the chairs in the restaurant, terrible smell from cheap parfum in the room, breakfast is poore

  : I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. It definitely isnt a 4 star hotel. The rooms were horrible, not like the pictures at all. The breakfast had only 3 things to choose from and the plates were super dirty. Considering that people come for skiing they only had an improvised room for leaving the skis over night and it wasnt even heated. We had to ski with the wet boots. Let alone the fact that you had to climb up a set of stairs, walk behind the hotel and then climb down another set of stairs all of it caring your skies just to reach the room. The sauna and gym, just werent there. The sauna was really cold because the door was broken and couldnt stay closed and all the heat was going out. I have been at lots of 4 star hotels and they do not even compare with what you get at Golf Hotel. Im glad weve only been for a short period of time. Im never going back again, for sure.
