Brian Head Condo with Amenities - Steps to Resort!

  : Property was close to downtown Brianhead and had underground parking
  : The condo needs updating. carpets are stained. lights dont work or had short in cord. all controllers have dead batteries. no soap or sanitizer. old couches. very dirty. we pulled out the sofa bed and under and around it was filthy. wrappers. food. etc. owners have their stuff in every closet. ran out of toilet paper only 1 roll. hot water heater last for 1-1/2 showers. guide for the area was useless. pool was ice cold.
