  : The simple looking house is done to a beautiful standard inside, clearly staged for vacation rentals. There was plenty of sleeping and sitting places all around, in a comfortable setting, just perfect for families. The views were fabulous and we truly enjoyed our stay there. Our kids LOVED the fuseball table, chess, and the board games. We loved the sun room, it's amazing couch, and watching the rain come in while being warm and dry.
  : This particular location is way deep into a subdivision. It would have been helpful to us to have clearer instructions on how to enter after hours (have to call the main gate), and that the house appears after the mailbox numbers, not before (we probably scared a neighbor). The only other two things that tripped us up (even after reading the binder left in the house) was the location of the thermostat, and the location of the towels for the upstairs bathroom (found them on our way out the door!).
