  : Quite a remote place, but convenient to get to from a big city. availability of a sauna in the hotel, a hydromassage bath in the room. quality of food in the restaurant. decorated the room romantically. clean public area at spa and pool
  : My husband and I stayed overnight. We had the romantic package included. but despite this, the room was dirty, dusty, there was garbage under the bed, dust was flying in the air, and he developed allergies. We heard a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, and at night somehow the hydromassage bath turned on, although it was turned off and we were sleeping. The spa had an appointment for a certain time, there was no one there during our stay, the pool was at a different time, after the children's activities it was very chaotic there, and there were a lot of people for such a small pool. People were swimming, but we just wanted to swim and relax after the sauna. Unfortunately the format didn't match. Therefore, the sauna lacks an area where you can lie in calm water.The service in the restaurant is good. slightly sluggish staff, looking around and not seeing the guests. dinner was good. the meat was excellent. but the wine is too warm for white. but these are minor things. one waiter girl who helped our guy serve us simply threw the plates on our table, it was rude. if you have cameras, you can watch this moment. the breakfast was good, but there was a girl walking around us with a rag, it was clear that she was an intern and very young. but the more experienced employees did not help her at all with their example, and there was a feeling that she was abandoned. sorry sight. The sweet girl still has a long way to go, but she needs the right environment and a couple of friendly tips on how to behave in the hall among guests, even if you are a trainee. everything is transparent, guests can see what they shouldnt see. we want to relax within your walls, and not notice what is too obvious. Thank you

  : More interconnecting rooms for families would be great. The pool was also small and hard to find a time where we could swim together as a family.

  : great bed, comfortable pillows and nice to find the coffeemaker including sufficient coffeecups in the closet... although the room was on the end of the hallway next to the stairs I experienced no noise from bypassers.
  : I was booked for a 3 bed room, which made the beautiful room a bit cluttered and took away the unique setting with windows on 2 sides of the room... When you are traveling with a child that is OK, Nice feature: there was also a door to the adjacent room so if you are travelling as a family this will give yu the option to connect both rooms.

  : Instead of staying in Amsterdam, or close to Schipol, we stayed here. It was super convenient. A short train ride into Amsterdam or Schipol. It's also nice that there is a Spa and indoor pool. Restaurant is also great when you are not wanting to travel outside of the hotel.
  : EV car chargers didn't always work.
