: Description of Apartment Maison Elegant 12 overlooks important details. The second bedroom was only accessible via a snow covered balcony. Warning! Rabid animals on the balcony. Host and Booking.com did not make the expected changes after my complaint. Together, they do not care a hang potential customers. I did not like anything about this property. I did not like the lying about the cleanliness of the property.

: We liked leaving the apartment.
: My two sons had to share a sofa to sleep on for the week as the 2nd bedroom, which can only be accessed by going outside into the snow, was frozen closed. Neither child could therefore get a good night sleep after skiing, and the arguments that two children would have having to share an uncomfortable sofa ruined much of the holiday. Before going ,we checked that this accommodation was suitable for families; it is not! You family would have to have near adult aged teenager for that to be true. We raised this with them and they've offered us 10% off of our next visit. But we wont be back.
