  : The receptionist at ceck in was friendly
  : The room was very basic with cracked tiles in the bathroom and broken glass in the velux window.the 1st night we were woken at 2am by a drunk man loudly trying to find his room and trying seveal doors including ours to get in ,a Woman was also subjected to this and was visibly shaken by it,we both tried to get security to deal with him but there was nobody there.We later complained to the receptionist who advised me they saw what he was doing on CCTV and that he had checked out, at this point we asked if our second night would be quieter as we were here to work and we would have checked out if not, and booked into Premier across the road,we were assured it would not happen again!. The 2nd night at 4.30 am we were inturupted by a couple of drunk/drugged up holigans who entered the hotel shouting and swearing and also trying to get into our room,we told them to stop and the security came which proved to be less than helpful so we packed our bags and left a 4.50 am ! We tried to get the Manager to speak with us but the Hotel has just ignored all our calls!!!!Terrible service,Terrible Hotel,Terrible Management,AVOID AT ALL COSTS
