  : Lobby was nice.
  : Dead roaches on the floor of the room. Was hesitant to use the towels due to the brown tint. A/C rattled so bad it vibrated the windows. Several lights did not work or the light bulbs were missing. Paint chipping off of bathroom counter. Mattress springs were shot and mattress was uneven. Parking was extremely cramped, and walking into the hallway there was a very nasty smell from the carpets. Will never stay there again. The pictures on Booking.com app show a room much nicer than the room we actually stayed in.

  : The staff were friendly. The room was decent for just sleeping. The bed was comfortable.
  : It's always nice to have a bottle of water in the room. I had to buy one at the front desk. The towels are tiny. The cleaning person gave us new towels, but didn't do anything else, but leave the light on. No place to sit, but the bed. Folding chair at the desk is not comfortable.

  : The unit was clean, smelled good, everything worked and the mattress was comfortable.
  : Breakfast was very skimpy..... No protein. Sweet breads and bagels was about it. No eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, or meat gravy on biscuits or toast. I would have been happy to pay for a breakfast, if it was available, rather than drive somewhere else........

  : I was over charged for a second room that I rented. room had mold and smelt bad. asked for non smoking and was put in a smoking bldg. My key didnt want to work and when I reported it to the staff I was rudely asked if I was sure I went to the right room.

  : The location was not far from most of the things we did and that was great, the bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly.
  : I did not like that the room had an unpleasant smell and that the bathroom was not cleaned very well

  : We have been charged 2 times3 different reservations.Went to desk. After room key givenKept sendus to wrong room.Had to dispute charges.Rooms were booked and paid for.Desk asked for a cc for incentives, Then charged us for 2 more rooms on the card.No resolution with phone call, from front desk.Now being over charged 770.ooHad to call creadit card company dispute. Really sad desk can't fix this.We kept telling desk we only had 1 reservation. Never stay there again.Let bank of america deal with them.
  : Reservation s were totally messed up.They kept giving us gives wrong key to Who Evers room.We had to keep going to deskThen charging our cc, that they asked for incentives. Charging us againThey could have easily figured it out.We were people u kept sending us to wrong roomAfter calling and being hung up on.Shame on u!!!Lost customer, that stays with hotel 2 times a year.Plus other venders and customer s asking us a good place to stay.
