  : Nice appartement. Spacious. Warm feeling. Full of facilities like dish washer and washing machine, very convenient for families with kids. Would come again!
  : Tip for the owner: get blackout curtains for both rooms. The current curtains let all daylight through... which must be waking up guests too early throughout most of the year. Also, the beds are squeaky, but that didn't bother us much. With these two fixes I would rate it a 9+

  : Close to the city center and also close to the Werder Bremen Stadium. Comfortable for big family.
  : Everything was very good, I would give 9 or 10. However, by around 8:30 in the last morning there was a lack of water in the apartment due to some maintenance in the building. That was probably known by the landlord in advance, but I was not informed, otherwise I would take actions a bit earlier prior to the checkout. That affected us specifically because we were traveling with 2 babies.I would recommend it but my lessons learned: when rent an apartment always ask if there will be any maintenance in the building (if the checkout is Monday morning).

  : Construction on the property was noisy, and the Sielwall can be at night. No air-conditioning or fan.

  : Bali appartment is part of an authentic house in a quiet neighborhood allowing the visitor to have a bit of the local feeling. Not too close to the center, but in affordable distance to go, explore and then retreat to a calm area (ca. 20-25 min walking, 5-6 tram stops). Good option for car travellers, since it is possible to park on the street, although immediate proximity cannot be guaranteed. For football fans, Weserstadion is really close and there is also a very good beer place that works till relatively late hours (for German non-center standards).
  : It must be kept in mind that one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are on the very-ground-floor with some basement taste and not enough light and airing (lack of ventilation is an issue for the bathroom). Nothing to do about it - it is part of the property as it is and guests will simply have to split into "higher"and "lower" class. :) While those on the higher level will certainly feel very comfortable in the master bedroom, the kitchen and the living room, they will still need to go down and up the stairs in order to use bath and toilet. Not a major challenge itself, but it should be certainly noted if one has an issue with stairs.
