  : Great location with easy access to Quicksilver lift (short 5-7 min walk...can actually see lift from window). Easy access to all the restaurants/stores on Main street with main strip starting within 1/2 a block. Good size 2 bedroom place with big bathrooms, good size kitchen with breakfast bar + table, and a nice private balcony. Very modern updated place with good facilities for kitchen. TV had easy accessible HDMI cables to connect up your PC and stream or chromecast. Cable TV had lots of options (not some basic package). Nice ski valet secure area on 1st floor of building so you don't have to lug equipment back to your rooms. Very convenient under ground parking garage that is secure and heated (1 car allowed), with hotel-like luggage cart to help bring this up to your room.
  : When we did have maintenance issues it took over a day to get someone to our room to resolve. No washer/dryer in room (most rooms in the building have them we found out, but this one does not) and no place to wash/dry on floor so not good when skiing and have wet gear. No AC so if it gets warm in the winter (which it did for us 2 days) then you have to just turn off the heat and open the windows. All the windows crank open which is easy, but you just have to watch closely to manage the heat vs cold as the night falls.

  : The apartment did the job for us as a family of four - we wanted separate rooms for us and the kids. Our own bathroom each and the ability to do our own breakfasts etc. it is pretty well equipped, but no washing machine (which I expected), and was generally very brown decor wise - but that tends to be the look of this kind of place! also shower pressure not great. but great position for getting to the base of peak 9 and onto the Main Street for shops, restaurants etc.

  : front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. it was a breeze to grab the keys, get directions for the underground parking, and be on our way to a great stay. location of the property is pretty good for access to downtown and being able to walk to places, restaurants, grocery, shoppijng, etc. the soap that was provided, we loved. the size of the unit was perfect for 5 women to enjoy a getaway.
  : the lighting in the twiin bathroom is not very good. the TP holder and the hair dryer in the same bathroom are broken. one of the two twin beds is literally a canoe and you can't sleep in a canoe. the mattress so badly needs to be replaced. there weren't any towels for the hot tub. trying to pair the TV with a smart device was brain science. really need to put together a sheet of instructions and laminate to help out your guests. would have been nice to have maybe 1 extra roll of TP per bathroom and a couple of extra garbage bags for the kitchen.
