  : The onsite pool was closed, had to spend time talking with the office to figure out another pool option. Surprise to see that in the rental agreement any amenities are not guaranteed, which is lousy because often you pick a property because of the amenities. Host didn't provide parking passes which we had to spend more time talking with the office to get one provided. Host could of provided a welcome packet with this information....

  : Great location- 7 min walking distance to Main Street, shuttle station on the opposite side of the street; Comfortable house- cozy for an 8 people team, not crowded, clean, new, everyone is happy with the place
  : Staff didnt give us key to the house so we used the garage door; didnt give us card key to the pool and hot tube, which is 3 min walk distance to the house ( I called the staff for the card key but nobody send it to us before we left)

  : Great location and townhouse layout is good.
  : They gave us the wrong code and it took awhile for the general service group to contact the local group. So long that we were able to guess the correct code quicker than they responded. We arrived to a clean place, but the carpet in the main area is worn and stained. Both vertical blinds in the downstairs bedrooms were missing at least one blind and neither had a wand to easily open and close them.
