WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform HarzLodge Emma in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Please note that check in outside the normal check-in times is possible for a EUR 15 fee.

Please note that linen packages are available at the property and need to be requested in advance.

The following services are offered at the accommodation:
- A travel cot (without linen) for EUR 7.50 per stay.
- a high chair for EUR 7.50 per stay.
- a rental sled for EUR 5 per day.
