  : Great apartment accommodation in the Harz mountains. Beautiful relaxing gardens. Bonus to have a swimming pool and sauna. Apartment was very well equipped.
  : The furniture is well worn but perfectly functional could do with refreshing.

  : We liked having our own kitchenette that was nicely stocked. the space and room was nice, on site parking was convenient Good location in Harz- There was plenty to do within a short drive from the property
  : Very confusing breakfast/restaurant arrangement. We had booked our room to include breakfast for the duration of our stay. At checkin we were told to make a reservation for breakfast time. We contacted the restaurant and were told they were completely booked and we could not have breakfast there ( actually hung up on us as we tried to explain to them we had already paid for it)We then went back to the front desk and were told just to show up to breakfast. When we showed up we were scolded by the restaurant for not having a reservation! They did allow us to eat - How kind of them lol It Seems a simple fix get the restaurant on the same page as the front desk/booking. That being said, breakfast was good, but the confusion around it left a bad taste in our mouths. Also, no restaurant availability for dinner. If you want dinner there you should call before you even arrive/ check in for a reservation.Finally, kids playhouse was nice, but the pool was quite cold for younger children to stay long in.

  : Surrounded by nature, the location of the hotel is very good.
  : Reception has very limited check in hours, 3 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the afternoon until 6pm. Reservation needed for the open buffet breakfast. We were told that the restaurant is fully booked for the breakfast, where half of the restaurant was and has been empty all the time. I asked to possible "buy" a tiny egg for my 2 year old kid. Restaurant staff clearly said at 10am, the eggs are for guests. During check-out, reception automatically charges parking fee with room if you don't tell otherwise. I did not bring slippers, my socks were very dirty after 1 night in the room.

  : Exceeded expectation, definitely recommaned the place. Swimming pool, sauna etx are all good and worth. Clean and spacious room, nice enviroment. Will stay there again
