WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Birkenhain Braunlage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A bed linen/towel package is available for a fee of EUR 16.50 per person.

Following services are available:
- a travel cot (without bed linen) for EUR 7.50 per stay
- a high chair for EUR 7.50 per stay
- sledge hire for EUR 5 per day
- bread service for EUR 3.50 per person and day (3 bread rolls included per booked guest)

Please note that payment is only possible in cash.
