  : the place is perfect for crossing Slovakia, I have stayed here 4 times, unfortunately now at the first use of the toilet lid it gave way, for this we were charged with 100 euros, too expensive for a toilet lid ... Also part of plates were cracked and We used them with great care not to break any of mistake, who knows how much it would cost us!

  : Location in quiet part of Bratyslava, next to quiet area. Privacy and check-in / check-out methods are very convenient.
  : 4 out of 5 ac units were not working. Manager didn't respond to information about the problem. Only one toilet for potentially up to 7 people.

  : Hello.Apartment Viktor is the worst place I have ever been and I travel quite a lot (mainly business trips).But starting from beginning. Me, my wife, my 2-year-old daughter, my sister and her 12 years old son went to Croatia. On a way back we decided to spend 2 nights in Bratislava.We arrived at Thursday evening (15.08.2019) and went straight to bed. On a Friday morning we discovered a few surprises. My daughter found used condom in a wardrobe. There were hair in a shower, mold on a ceiling, dust behind furniture.But even more surprising was reaction of the owner Ms. Podstavkova. I wrote an email to her explaining and describing the situation. I attached photos in e-mail. Her English is very bad. I had very hard time to communicate well with her. First her answer was that we didn't inform about these things on a day before.One of the first things you can see after entering an apartment is an information about fines you will be charged for late check out (20€), dirty dishes (20€), dirty apartment (20€). If you charge for dirty apartment you should give a discount if it’s not clean. I asked for a discount and her answer was that we set up everything to get a discount.In the end she said that I insulted her (I ask for another person who can speak English) and that she will call police. Only good thing was that she sent a cleaning person (I asked for this).To sum up apartment wasn’t cleaned at all which is unacceptable. Ms. Podstavkowa is the rudest person I have ever met in a hospitality industry.I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

  : A bit far from the city but we had a car, so it wasn't a problem for us. Apartmant is ok if you are lucky to get enough towels and some hand soap, toilet rolls and cutlery. We struggled with that as they said it was not a part of their provided service.
  : A very unfriendly and rude host. I was harrased through text messages when i will pay my city tax (around 4eur in total) for 30 mins when i was already boarding a flight to Australia. I explained that my parents will pay once they reach the apartmant, I previously offered to leave cash on the table straight after checking in, which was rejected. Firstly i was asked to travel first to different part of city (30 mins drive) to pay those 4eurs there in her other hotel she owns and then drive to Dubravka to check in, which i refused for the incovenience. The owner sent me text messages that i want to escape without paying (even it was not me staying there but i booked it for my parents) and that she would call a police and block the access card to the apartment and electricity. And this all before actually my parents even had a chance to get there for a night. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. The apartmant was pre-paid a few weeks already and she was so rude and arogant. There was no shower gel, no hand soap, not even a sponge to wash dishes with and when we asked for it, we were told that "it is not a part of the service provided" We have stayed there several times and always had some issues with her. My family spent a Christmas there and they had 2 spoons for 4 people to eat their Christmas dinner with. They contacted her and she was not helpful at all. Or 3 towels for 4 people and 1 toilet roll. She cancelled my previous booking i arranged well in advance a night before our arrival and we had no place to stay on such a short notice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUTE. We won't be coming back. If you want to be sure you have your booked accommodation secured with all amenities they claim they provide, please look elsewhere.

  : Nice appartment in quite part of Bratislava. Beatifull and clean. Easy keys handover. Fine owner. We easily solved our reqeusts. Recomended
  : Not much dishes...for 7 people appartment just 1-2 larger caps, few smaller ones....few plates....we stayd just on night so no problemme for us...but for longer stay?Placement of shower under low part of roof....

  : A/c worked well, quiet street, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Reception staff were at least friendly even though we had to go to another location out of our way. Good for families.
  : Hot water ran out super fast, kitchen small, smelly dishwasher. The fridge was not turned on when we arrived so we had to wait for it to cool down to put in our groceries.
