  : Breakfast was good. It had a really nice variety and we enjoyed the pancakes that cooked in 60 seconds. The King size bed was nice and comfortable and the room was clean. Also enjoyed the nice variety of channels on the tv.
  : Did not like that we are on the corner of the 3rd floor with all the traffic of other customers. Walls are thin so we heard a lot of noise. First thing we get to our room and use the restroom and the toilet is plugged. We had to go to the office and get a plunger and fix it ourselves. Then Saturday morning around 9 am I go to use the shower and no HOT water. Not even warm. Go to take a shower at 7:30 am on Sunday morning and the water in the shower is luke warm.

  : We did not eat their food.
  : We tipped the maid to clean our room upon check-in. Which she gratefully did. Nice lady-housekeeper.Duh'neen was the real upset. She refused to allow us to choose another room. So I asked a maid to clean a room for us. And she did. Duh'neen did not like that!!! I have a mobility issue and I would need to take my chair in and out of the car to the room every time I moved. I saw they had H/C rooms w/signs where you could park at the door. Those rooms were either out of service or dirty? Said, Duh'neen. So I found the maid. She assisted me. However I lost the walk in shower room. Their tubs are very tall and to step in was awkward. Beware. Dunno if you can park up to walk in shower room but that would have been nice. I did tell Duh'neen that I was going to notify her Corporate. She didn't care either. So I am telling them now. Hope you don't mind Duh'neen.
