  : Furniture in living space very uncomfortable and outdated. Need to get rid of fabric and have a cleanable surface. Need much better recliners!!

  : The shower pressure was horrible, the couch was dingy and gross looking, along with the recliner. The bed was okay but really squeaky when you moved and rolled over.

  : Fire alarm went off several times even through the night. Completely fixed in the morning.

  : We had a major issue with our cabin arise the first evening but the staff was extremely courteous and worked quickly to resolve the matter for us.

  : I like that the cabins are separate. The location is great, right in the Yellow Route. The setting is woodsy right while being in the city. Loved the driver service!!
  : I really didn't like the mattress - hard, lumpy. And I really, really didn't like the shower!! However, I never got to take one as the water never even got tempid. The sink had hot water, but not the shower. There were several nozzles on either end of the tub along with the regular shower head. Not all the nozzles worked. And it was a hideous forest green!! Poor lighting. Just a bad shower.

  : The decor was nice, and the location was great. It was close to things we wanted to see and do but yet somewhat private. The staff was very nice and attentive. The place was pretty well stocked and the bed comfy. LOVED the jacuzzi.
  : Some of the dishes were dirty, which was kind of gross so we had to wash them before using them. It got really cold the first night we were there and unfortunately, the fireplace didn't work. And the photos didn't represent the screened in porches and outdoor facilities too accurately. Our porch faced another cabin porch just a couple of feet away so there wasn't exactly a private, wooded porch with a creek as it was depicted. And the grills aren't by each cabin but rather at spots here and there throughout the facility. Overall, still a nice place to stay.
