  : The staff was pleasant. The hotel was nice enough and comfortable enough and would have worked out well had we not had issues with the water.
  : We only booked one night here for after our concert. We spent very little time here, our plan was to book a room to have after the concert to be able to shower and sleep before our long drive home. We returned back to the hotel late only to have to circle the parking lot to find that there were no parking spots available and we had to park next to the dumpster in a small space that was not intended for parking and where my car barely fit. We arrived to the room to realize there was no water. No toilet, no sink, no shower. The man at the front desk investigated and found that maintenance was being done on the water softener and there would be no water for at least an hour more. It had already been over half an hour. So after a long day of driving and attending a concert we were left with no way to shower or use the restroom. I reached out to the hotel to tell them what happened and explained that I did not feel as if it was fair that we were expected to pay full price when we were not provided with the basic necessities. I got two responses. One that said they would figure out what happened because the “water issue” was fixed last year. And another that said they apologized but this happens every night at 2am so that the water can “recycle”. I responded to both with more questions and to inquire about some sort of refund and no one has bothered to reply since. I am hoping to update my review to add some sort of positive resolution.
