  : Nothing as we were unable to even enter the property as our rooms were given to some one else.
  : We reached White house on 27/7/23 around 6 pm by taxi , we were unable to enter the premises, the contact no we had no one answered, the taxi had gone, finally a tenant at White house gave us another no, struggled to make that person understand as we were out side, no rooms, she called back after 30 mins to say we had a room in Just sleep, we had to call a taxi, took a while, reached Just sleep, had to find the codes to the entrance door and the room door, no personnel were available, had to cancel the evening plan and we four ladies all 64 years of age were knackered, stressed and exhausted. I demand a compensation and explanation please

  : I didnt came in to appartment and was in need to book other hotel. I have send complain to receive money, but till now no answer.
  : I have tried to reach administrator in all posible ways but no contact. Contacted Booking help center in UK and they also didnt reached WH hotel.
