  : Location for me was good, lots of parking. The grounds are very good with lots of seating. I would say that in summer it is a lovely place. Bed was comfortable. Good power and hot water in the shower. Large room. Good lighting and lots of sockets beside bed. Good contact with owner by text as due to my being there late and leaving early, we did not get an opp to meet.
  : On arrival I was met with the smell of sewage. I contacted owner and they advised that this is an issue sometimes with the house. I arrived at 19:00 approx, in a new country in the middle of nowhere, looking for new accommodation was not an option. I opened the windows to let in fresh air. Bathroom is small with entrance door opening inward and hitting sink unit, changing the hanging of the door so that it opens out would amend this and also leave the bathroom larger. The shower head is pointing nearly horizontal and is set high so no addition to anyone unless you are 7' tall. To wash yourself you have to hold the shower head. There is also water leaking from the shower on to the floor of the bathroom, I had to use my towels to soak up the leakage, the replacement towels that were left for me were stained. The kettle provided in the downstairs kitchen was broken so this facility was not available.
