WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 14 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
You can park your car in the street or in a parking Opéra (where we negotiated a special price for our guest of 10€/ day or 10€/night)
For booking beyond 7 days, additional cleaning fees are invoiced directly by the owners: 50 €/week
late arrival after 19h-21h : 20 € payable directly to property manager
