  : Good location. Good family size room- with shower and bath. The hotel looks well kept and is better than others I've stayed in around bradford. The coffee/tea area was well stocked and had a good variety of biscuits and some chocolates too. An ample amount of towels. Comfortable beds and had an iron and hairdryer their to use. Also good parking! The restaurant linked to the hotel served really good food! The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly. Will stay here again over others i have stayed in when visiting family in the area.
  : There wasn't anything I didn't like but it would be great if the enterance to the restaurant was better sign posted. We went round to the side thinking it was there (and noticed many others did too) but you actually accessed it from the hotel reception area. A sign would be great or even if the staff on reception mentioned where it was incase guest wanted to eat there.

  : From the outside, the hotel looked good. Excellent setting in wooded fields and a very nice feel. On entering reception, again, a very nice clean and modern looking hotel. Also,I would like to say that throughout our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very polite.
  : This place needs some serious attention! We booked a suite which, presented as a bedroom, a living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower over bath. The place could do with some decorating as it is tired at best. More frustrating was the presentation. Upon drawing the curtains, they were hanging from the rails and not correctly hung on the clips and so hung down at an angle as if abandoned! The bathroom had no loo roll holder. It was just sort of placed on top of a small narrow radiator. Not a great look. Fresh towels were placed on a nice chrome shelf above the end of the bath. Unfortunately, once one used the towel, there was no towel rail u pin which to hang it. The radiator could not accommodate the loo roll and a towel, let alone two. The sink had no catch-grid within it, so anything small dropped into the sink would simply fall down the gap in hole. There was no pug either! And again, no towel rail by the sink for hand towels. Moving onto breakfast; we only used that for one day.plenty of food, but no plate warmer so all plates were clap cold which of course impacted the food temperature. Insufficient plates too. Several people having to wait for restocking of plates. The bacon was some sort of pre-formed type, which each rasher identical to each other and with a rather unpleasant taste. Sausages likewisevery poor quality.

  : Location was ideal for a wedding we were attending. All the staff we met were very friendly, created a great atmosphere.
  : Its a little tired in respect to the room we were allocated but clean and comfortable.

  : Staff were very friendly, location was nice and a clean comfortable room for the money.
  : Breakfast was very bad. For 10 per person it was not as expected. Fruit tasted like onion, bacon and sausages were like rubber, very poor quality.
