  : The staff were friendly and accommodated our concerns for safety with the other patrons roaming up and down outside our room.
  : My daughter and I stayed here as a last resort because of a hotel mix-up. There were other patrons outside our room drinking and talking loudly for hours. Made it difficult for my daughter and I to get a restful sleep.

  : nice size room, plenty of storage cabinets, dressers, tiny bathroom though.
  : the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black after walking from the bed to the bathroom and back a few times. I left 2 of my cutest tops in one of the dressers, and when I called and asked about them, they said housekeeping didn't find them, customer didn't find them. I told them well it's usually policy for staff to turn found items in to lost & found in case someone wants it back, she said nobody found them, so I told her somebody found them, whoever it was just didn't turn them in. And she snickered snd hung up on me. I emailed the hotel via Booking.com, where I booked from and they said they'd contact me about it, they never did..I emailed headquarters and they were supposed to get back to me after looking into it and they failed to do so. I will never stay with them again since they can't be honest and turn in items people accidentally leave there and then call to ask about the same say as check out .

  : There is not much to say that is good. The building is very old and the rooms show it. The furniture and fixtures are rusted and falling apart. The carpet in the rooms are beyond disgusting. The top comforter that is shown in the pictures havent been cleaned in god knows how long. The TV in the room that I stayed in had 2 big black lines down it. When I notified the front desk, he said we had to wait for maintenance the next day. Well, we were gone the entire day and when we returned the guy at the front desk said the tv wasnt fixed and he could change our room but we were so exhausted, we said forget it. The first room they put us in was right by the designated smoking area and was awful. The breakfast that is included is a JOKE!! There are slices of white and wheat bread, Frosted Flakes and Cheerios, and hostess mini coffee cakes. I had to ask the little girl to refill the items bc they were completely out of everything. And to top it all off, I asked for extra towels Saturday morning and was told I had to wait till housekeeping came in at 9am. I had to use my beach towel I brought from home bc I had appointment to get to. I know you get what you pay for but I think staying at a Motel 6 would have been better than this place.

  : Nothing. The ac barely worked and made lots of noise. Even after they finally found us another room. The next room had the same problem. I have probably stayed in every room at this property and they all need to be redone. I dont think they have done maintenance on anything in the last ten years since the family that now owns it. Always short staffed. The beds are very old and so are the sheets and blankets. The pillows are the worsts I have ever encountered. You get two for a double bed and they dont even equal one pillow in thickness.
  : Each room only has two towels in it including rooms with double beds. The owners accused my family of taking these crappy rag towels and flat pillows along with the roughest sheets you will ever sleep on. We bring our own pillows and blankets to sleep with because we know how crapy they are at this location. I know I am not the first person to experience this at this location.
