  : Location and Pool area are great, everything else is below par.
  : Poor cleaning, Disgusting cutlery, See photo's, (it took till over half way through the Holiday to get new ones, despite "Reaching Out" to Vacasa, the servicing agents, more than 5 times,). Very poor water pressure, Holes in the breakfast stools. New Fridge Freezer that they couldn't be bothered to take the wrapping off, just peeled back the sticky plastic covering, that they could reach and leave the rest to attract dust, (I think that sums them up). Generally a tired resort which is under managed. Would I go back? Unlikely, unless it was the only one available.

  : Look at the photos below, I booked three nights at this hotel and I couldn't stay there, I had to return home the day and lose my vacation days due to the poor condition of the room, the musty smell was unbearable, the air conditioning ducts visible, Kitchen drawers in very poor condition, the water heater completely exposed, the mattresses conditioning was horrible. Today it's been five days and still no one has contacted me to apologize for the poor service or refund my money back. This is unacceptable and inconceivable. I dont recommend this hotel to no body.

  : I have stayed at Sunrise Gardens more than a dozen times now.... The location is excellent; close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The pool is usually clean but the area around could use some daily attention. I would like to see VACASA put some money into the property.... clean up the landscaping and pool area. Additionally, some of the rooms have a terrible musty odor that needs addressing.
  : I don't like that there isn't someone on property to address issues.

  : We ate at Gin and Janes.
  : We had no air for first 2 days. Had it not been for a gentlemen who asked us how it was at the festival we would have gotten no where for they wouldnt answer the phone. We had very very poor water pressure the comode wouldnt flush. Thwy finally brought us a window unit. And when we did reach someone they were extremely RUDE.
