  : Very friendly and informative staff, ready to help in any way. Very clean and spacious room. Also had desinfectant in the bathroom next to regular soap. Made us feel safe these days.
  : I wish the Studio were better equipped as far as the little kitchen is concerned. We felt that in terms of bowls (there arent any!), pans, cutting knives (sharp ones - there arent any if you want to cut a tomato for example) the Studio should have some.

  : Well, it all started with the parking space. Although advertised that there is free parking available this was a big fat lie, as the parking lot was actually the sidewalk in front of the house, if available. The staff didn't exist...we had to call in before our arrival so that they can actually come by and let us in. Although we called...nobody was there to greet us, we had to call in again when in front of the door as it was locked. The boy that greeted us eventually didn't even bother to check out IDs, to make sure that we are who we claim to be. He didn't check for our confirmation details, credit card authorization, nothing. There was a huge plumbing issue in the room...the shower was leaking, the bathroom sink was leaking, the kitchen sink was leaking. We had to share a mop with the guest staying next to our room. The inner yard was a mess, nobody came to clean up and rearrange the toys left behind by the children playing during the day. One day before our checkout, late in the evening, we were informed via SMS that the boy would be dropping by to collect our money, cash payment only. I had to change my plans, visit one of the rare ATM's in the city, get some cash, and meet to pay... Absolutely incredible to pay cash only in 2020Last but not least, one day before our checkout, the same guy that later would drop by to collect the money just all of a sudden wanted to enter the room without even knocking thinking probably that we were away. He was in shock when i opened the door and asked him what he wants. He was on the phone and was not really able to articulate anything.

  : Space was nice. Sheets and towels were clean.
  : The cleanliness department is a bit lacking.Dumpster in the yard is a gathering spot for a hundred flies.The shower is to small and is leaking outside. Minor malfunction the shower cover was loose and if you close the door to the bathroom would be hard to open without breaking something.The cooking heater was full of grease also the refrigerator.
