  : The location is great, everything is within walking distance.
  : I texted the owner in the morning and informed him of my arrival (he didn't respond). When I arrived everything was closed so I called the number I found on the booking. A person responded he was not in town or nearby (keep in mind we have to pay cash upon arrival). His solution was to use Revoult which I didn't have so it was a struggle. Most of the furniture was broken. It was impossible to sleep on the bad, it was broken on both sides and ducktaped to keep in one place. They didn't clean the place. The fireplace was not working and that was the main reason I chose to stay here. They don't have a coffee machine, oven, microwave, slippers... they listed tons of stuff which they don't provide!!!!

  : Although I booked the room in advance and received confirmation for my booking, the accomodations was no longer available for me and my daughter. I found out about it when I reach the location at 9pm when I called the owner. The owner claimed that he tried to call me several times on the day and because I didn't answer, he decided to cancel my booking. Although I explained him that I was traveling all day from the UK and facing lots of delays, the owner was unapologetic, unreasonable and rude to me over the phone. However, he suggested me another accommodation he owns in the city. I asked for more details of the location, as I'm not familiar with the city and the facilities. He said he doesn't have all day for me to decide, he dislike people like me and in the end, he just hung up. This bad experience shouldn't happened to other visitors. There are plenty of other accomodations in the city centre at a reasonable price, run by people with a better customer service attitude.
