  : OUR ROOM WITH A QUEEN BED WAS TINY, BUT OUR CHILDREN'S ROOM WITH TWIN BEDS WAS LARGE ENOUGH. BOTH ROOMS HAD GREAT VIEWS OF THE LAKE AND THE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY BEYOND THE RECEPTION AREA AND BEYOND THE RESTAURANT WERE EXCEPTIONAL (SEE PHOTOS). THERE WAS A DUCK NESTING IN ONE OF THE LARGE FLOWER POTS , HARDLY 10 FEET AWAY FROM WHERE WE SAT ON THE BALCONY. THAT IS HOW PEACEFUL THE PLACE IS! MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER USED THE POOL, SPA AND MASSAGE FACILITIES, WHICH THEY BOTH ENJOYED.
  : THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST NEEDS MORE THAN JUST CROISSANTS AND CONDIMENTS. ONE OF THE FEMALE STAFF AT THE BREAKFAST SEEMED ON EDGE, THE OTHER ONE SEEMED IGNORANT AND OBLIVIOUS OF ME WAITING TO BE SEATED AND THE MALE STAFF HAD MUTLTIPLE EAR RINGS AND SEEMED TO BE ON DRUGS. NO LIFT TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP OR DOWN FROM THE RECEPTION (ROOMS ARE ON MULTIPLE LEVELS) AND THE STAFF DIDN'T HELP AT ALL, EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD SEE THAT I WALK WITH A STICK AND HAVE TROUBLE WALKING. THE PLACE NEEDS SOME MAINTENANCE; PAINT THE RAILINGS, DOORS AND WINDOWS; BALCONY DOOR SLIGHTLY FALLING APART.

  : Excellent location. Attractive lounge/bar/terrace area with excellent views. Room was spacious with nice terrace. Staff were quite friendly and efficient.
  : Climb from car park to hotel reception is excessive. Should be a sign recommending people to check in first, assess where they're going to be staying before parking car and unloading. The dining room was expensive with not very good menu or cooking. It was the same menu for the bar lounge although with experience, we did find some menu items that were acceptable.
