: Cosy and quiet apartment, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Well-equipped with everything what you need to feel comfortable. This year we decided to spend our holidays in England and it was a great decision and great choice: apartment right on the beautiful Dorset coast. The weather was also great. Good customer service. : Very nice location ,close of beach ,quaiet room I cant hear any neighbours or see samething disturbing around ,good place for silence ,peace ,good location .
: Price should be cheaper !

: 1. After collecting the keys we still couldn't gain access as we needed an additional code. 2. There is no " free" parking. it is street parking which was not available due to the air show. 3. The apartment is not 1076 sq ft it is 330 sq ft . I measured it. 4. The sofa bed is unusable as there was no mattress and no room to open it. 5. The tv did not work because the remote batteries were dead. 6. The entrance code lock failed and we were locked out. We reported it but no one fixed it and we were lucky that neighbours let us in. 7. The bed is an awkward pull down standard double set in a recess with no accessible bed side tables or power points. 8. The communal areas are grim .

: 5mns walking distance to the town centre and to the beach using the clifftop paths and the neighbours are friendly.Bathroom is spacious and clean, Kitchen area has everything you need. Perfect place to stay for 2
: No parking outside although you can find parking in other nearby streets quite easily. We found the room too small for 3 adults with the sofa bed being unsuitable for use.Rear garden patio area could have been a bit cleaner.

: The bed was one of the most comfortable ones i have slept in. A good welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk. The apartment was clean and there was everything you needed for a self catering holiday stay. A few minor issues but nothing that wasn't resolved. The location was good for dancing at the BIC only 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Town centre 10 minutes walk. The neighbours were friendly and respectful.
: The entrance and hallway are in need of decoration which does not give a very good impression on entrance.
