  : Friendly staff, good location. This was a one night stop off on our way down to South France and the local town was stunning. We would stay here again and spend more time in the town. Super King size bed was a nice surprise.
  : Paid an extra 10 each for breakfast. I would have liked to have seen cooked options for that price.

  : Everything.We arrived at 8.20pm - There was no one on reception to see us in. We repeatedly rang the bell but got ignored. Only one youngish man serving in the restaurant - he was absolutely perspiring. He needed extra help. We asked if we could eat but were told the restaurant was closed. No towels in room except a ragged piece (I have a photo). We asked for towels, he took us to the laundry room where there was a pile of screwed up towels for us to pick from!! All towels looked dirty and used but he said they had been cleaned. No TV control. Filthy carpets.The area offered no services for food.We were woken at 4am with noises of pallets being thrown into the back of an articulated vehicle. The noise carried on until about 8amThe photos of the property are made to look appealing but in reality the place is disgusting. We couldnt wait to leave. We feel robbed of a days holiday and of the payment we made for the accommodation which was not fit for purpose.

  : Lovely receptionist. Very helpful. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice to have kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. Large choice for breakfast which was regularly topped up!
  : Slightly further from the motorway than we had realised. Hotel is a little dated. Photos on website maybe give a better impression than it actually is!

  : MY companion left an article of clothing in the room. We tried to contact the hotel to arrange collection, but it took multiple calls and an escalation to their head office to get any response. So, the hotel was fine, but trying to contact them other than online was a complete nightmare.

  : The mains areas felt very tired as did the room. There was a sheet only on the bed which I understand as it had been very hot. The duvet that was in the wardrobe had no cover and was stained!
