  : The room was extremely hot and the A/C didn’t cool it much. To be fair it was about 109 degrees outside and they did have a powerful fan in the room.

  : This location is excellent. Close to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. The property itself is clean, quiet and well-kept. Someone has set things up extremely well.
  : It was disappointing to have the lady at check-in sigh when we arrived (at 5pm). Then we were told that our booking had been cancelled (it hadn’t). That our credit card was declined (it wasn’t). It was a real inconvenience to this lady that we were there. She did not tell us the way to achieve a cooler room (we don’t use AC in our home country so didn’t know how to set the unit). Apparently there is a way to optimize cooling from the unit (according to the evening staff). When we left to allow the room to cool and returned to a room that was unbearably hot, we were told that we might be able to change rooms but not bring the spare mattress (for the youngest child). This was difficult to cope with in a hot room, with high temperatures outside. We felt miserable by the time we changed room and decided to bring the mattress ourselves. This is such a shame as we’d been looking forward to this stay from the pictures and reviews.

  : Great room for rate. We travel often to Boulder City and never disappointed with the rooms. They are always clean and have all that we need - air conditioning and fan, TV, and small fridge and microwave as well as the typical room items.

  : Friendly staff, good size room, glad there was a pool.
  : Loud a/c that only cools part of the room, can't open the bathroom door fully, besides having a little fruit the breakfast options are terrible (Hostess cupcakes?!), way too much light comes in the room through the curtains at night from their parking lot, cigarette butts on the balcony of the room.

  : Room was not clean and very hot. The ac didn't work well at all, around the ac unit you could see the outside. Water pressure is terrible. Was supposed to be lake view but you could barely see lake mead. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I would not stay here again.
