  : Initial price increased, what I booked online (it was corrected only after asking and showing proovment). I booked economi double room, but it was very small single room with single bed. Also towels was so small, i am not sure staff forgot to leave in room normal ones, or they always like that.

  : I have nothing against of staff. There were nice.
  : The awful thing was WLAN(Wi-Fi). I was living at 446 room and there was no connection at all. I asked at a receptionist but a man said that he can't help me with it and he has the connection of internet...(in lobby...where is the reception). I paid 239,50 for 3 nights and the most important thing for me was the internet, just to call my family and a bit work on my stuff after a long day. I can't imigane that for this price , the owner (or whoever controls it) couldn't buy internet boosters...just unbelievable.

  : Room 448 was on corner of top floor - beautiful sunset view. Evening staff man was very friendly and helpful. Morning lady a bit sassy for a strange on reception. Free water in room. Free parking is across street in 4x story metal parking garage next to Bus Station-Info: Parking is loked between 23:00-04:00 and you cant enter or exit then.
  : No Fridge in Room; Main room light was broken which made it difficult to come into room at night. had to walk to night light on bed which also had a broken glass cover and was a naked lamp. Found out next day that the main light was known to be defective for a few days already but the maintenance guy wasn't available. Not cool. Breakfast buffett had man options for meat eaters, but no plant protein options: Suggestion to Hotel: Add some tofu, plant based cold cuts, plant-based cheese slices and breakfast beans in hot plate instead of one of the scrambled eggs in two pans. Also a soy or other plantbased milk like oat /Hafer should be there for the coffee/musli. Elevator needs to be better labeled so you know where to exit to get out. Button is E, and Sign is EG Hotel. But exits to other side and you have to walk thru a stairwell to get to lobby. very confusing, especially for non-german-native speakers. the labeling in elevator needs to be improved.
