  : Breakfast was not really breakfast but coffee and a muffin and oatmeal packet and the basket was empty right away and we had to asked to be refilled and they didn’t seem keen to refill.

  : I liked the room set-up. The bathroom facing the bed made it very easy if I had to get up in the middle of the night. I also liked the sink being separated from the toilet. Seemed much cleaner and allows others to use sink if bathroom is occupied.
  : There were no appliances available for use. I had been looking forward to toast in the morning but when I called I was told there were none available and I'd have to try again the next day. But I was checking out so never got my toast.

  : Location and the ease of use to get in and out. Quiet, other than a few barking dogs in rooms, I never heard my neighbors.
  : The level of filth. The room I was given I was told there would be a mild pet odor that had been reported and because I had a broken foot upon checking in I wanted to stay on the first floor so I agreed to try it. The smell was nowhere near mild. The room should really be completely stripped and deep cleaned. The room a/c filters should be cleaned and the carpets should be cleaned. I spent the first two days cleaning the room up. The front desk evening crew other than one lady, were more inconvenienced by me asking for anything and always had an excuse to not work. Anytime I went to the front desk other than first thing in the morning, there was no one there and I had to call on a lobby phone to get service. I asked to pay for additional nights and was told to come back in the morning that they were not able to do anything like that for me. How do they check in a guest if they cannot accept money. The amount of dog feces around the property was horrific. I counted over a dozen piles in the gardens along the hotel building alone on one of my walks. The property is not well maintained at all which is so disappointing because it has so much potential. It was my favorite room style of them but would be nice without the odor.

  : Location is great. Availability of mini kitchen is a plus.
  : Couldn't check in right away after midnight. The system was unavailable and had to wait half an hour to check in. The room smelled of old spices or food. The floor in the room was sticky. The lobby smelled of dogs. The fire alarm alerted us at 6:49am. No explanation afterwards.
