Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Quiet part of the holiday park, close to both sandy and pebbly beach. Not far to Aberystwyth or Machynlleth.
  : Needed an entertainment pass to access the indoor pool etc. This could not be located. Messaged the owner but got no reply before our stay ended. We paid more money for this lodge as it should have had access to indoor facilities if the weather was not favourable. Therefore really not worth the money for a basic rather than a luxury caravan.

  : Location of the property was very good.
  : Room sizes were small and the bedding was not clean and it was very uncomfortable to be able to sleep due to the itchy bed sheets, duvet, pillows. Honestly Im disappointed with my stay at this caravan.

  : The freezer part of the fridge was dirty and hadnt been defrosted for a while! The end of the settee kept falling off!

  : Fabulous caravan in a stunning location !! Lovely views right across to Tywyn . Very relaxing stay . Borth is a wonderful and quirky place to explore . But the best part of this break was the helpful holidaymakers who not only found my caravan but gave me a lift there too . Then some more lovely people found the keysafe for me . So a very friendly place to stay .
  : My phone signal was down and I couldn't find my caravan . There was nobody in reception or a map that was obvious to spot . Luckily I was rescued by lovely holidaymakers .

  : The really big hills didn't realise how far we were from the beach up 2 steep hills

  : Location was very near to the Borth beach and things like groceries and restaurants are also very nearby.Snowdon national park was one and a half hours away by car so not bad for a day out.
  : - What's there in the property and what's not was not clearly mentioned in the booking information.- There was only 1 double bed and the rest all were single beds and a single duvet.- There was only 1 bathroom and 2 toilets Things like this are good to know beforehand.

  : Good views and spacious enough for my family of 2 children
  : The double bed was very smelly and damp. The sheets and mattress definitely need replacing.I had to sleep on the settee the 2nd night as the smell was soo unpleasant
