: The facilities were upgraded.
: I travelled in Ksamil for 2 nights with my family. We were 6 people and we booked this hotel. In the room which we stayed was definitely a room for 4 people not more. There were 4 beds and 4 chairs outside, 4 of my family members slept upstairs in the beds and 2 members had to sleep in the small living room on a sofa, but the problem was that the air conditioner was upstairs and downstairs in the living room was extremely hot. 6 people for 1 bathroom and toilet together.

: Excellent location close to town and beach but not noisy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spotlessly clean. Decent sized apartment with balcony. Good standard of finish in bathroom and kitchen, looks brand new.

: Lovely staff, Sea was really helpful and kind.
: We had to take a cold shower on 3 of the 5 days we stayed in the apartment. This was torture, because it wasn't warm for the first 2 days. And the excuse was always the same, the building has hot water (but our apartment didn't have).And also they only leave 1 toilet paper. (we were 3 people staying for 5 days) to buy in the city they only sell packs of 10. So we used 2 and left the rest. Absolutely ridiculous, I've never seen this anywhere in the world I've been.
