  : Pool area is very nice, female staff were kind and breakfast was good.
  : No idea how this hotel is ranked 4 stars. Rooms are substandard and poorly laid out e.g. balcony door opens and blocks the corridor the room, air conditioner in the living room and not bedroom, shower with no glass barrier or curtain drenching all the toilet area. Photos on booking.com showed our suite was having a corner sea view but we were facing away from the sea overlooking mainly construction sites.Payment in cash with no receipt.

  : The location, the back path out of the hotel is very rocky and slippery very hard to navigate especially at night. Breakfast was average not much choice and the hot food was cold.

  : Staff very attentive, welcoming and always on hand to help and advise. They provided first class service. Well presented property , good facilities and apartment was ideal. Good pool and sun terrace

  : Great value for money, good location close enough to the beaches and bars as long as you dont mind a hilly walk (although we found a lot of hotels were at the top of the hills here) lovely friendly staff, good breakfast, really nice pool area
  : Very basic rooms, during our 4 day stay the room was only cleaned once and new towels given (I think you have to ask for them). A dark steep hill to climb at night up to the hotel, this was ok for us as a couple but wouldnt want to do the walk alone. Was not given a sea view room. No complimentary water in the fridges but for the price this was to be expected - no complaints here :)

  : Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly and made us feel really at home. Views from breakfast terrace were beautiful and pool area was spotlessly clean.
  : Our room was on top floor and there is no lift so we certainly got our steps in each day!

  : Staff very friendly, QUIET location, unlike the center of Ksamil, where there's lots of noisy bars! Close to the sea. Great views. Pool.
