  : The hotel is in the center of Ksamil and at 5 minute walk from Borabora and Ksamil Nove. It is close to all facilities, has a super market underneath it. The room remains quiet even if the main road is always busy and is clean.
  : This structure is the price of a hotel without hotel facilities. At first we couldnt find the hotel and no one would respond to the phone. We then had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen by the receptionist as there wasnt anyone there. The air conditioning only turns on when you are in the room so you must always return to a very warm room. We were there three nights and the towel and sheets were never changed. Also perhaps most importantly in a little sea side town like Ksamil that gets very busy- this facility does not have its own parking area as it would suggest on the page. The hotel Jakova does have several spaces available but we managed to only find a parking space there upon arrival. We then had to drive around until we found parking on the road. The reception is only available until 10 in the morning. When the receptionist isnt there, there is merely a post-it with a number to contact. Although, she does respond within the half hour of being contacted and is willing to help this facility is more similar to a guest house than a hotel.

  : The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes on foot from everything. It is modern, very clean and pretty quiet. The price of our room was good. Breakfast, offered at a nearby hotel, was good.
  : Most of the time, nobody is at the reception. There is a phone number to call if something is needed, but we didn't have a working phone so it could be a little difficult. Cars can be parked at another hotel nearby, but there are only 3-4 spots and they are taken most of the time. However, it is relatively easy to find a spot in front of Hotel Center at night. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. At least a small shampoo would be better. The WiFi was not working.

  : Close proximity to the beach & nearby restaurants. There is a supermarket right under the hotel for easy shopping. It includes breakfast in the nearby restaurant, just 1min walk from the hotel.
  : A bit noisy at night, as it is set on a busy street. The lights went out the 1st night we arrived, there was like 30min of outage in power. Our room had a balcony, with a view of the recycling bins, there were lots of trash everyday being taken, so not a very nice viewpoint to wake up to.

  : The position of the hotel was perfect: we could reach all the nicest beaches in 5-8min walk and around the hotel there are nice restaurants too.We had some difficulty in finding it when we arrive as there are no civic street numbers on the road: I suggest to keep Miquesia Square as a reference for taxi and then you can ask at Jakova Hotel&Restaurant for direction (they supplied us with the included breakfast).The room space was good and suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children (we had one big bed and one single bee). The bathroom space was good too, especially the shower. We had a balcony that we used to hang wet clothes and beach towels. We had a big fridge too. Breakfast at Jakova was ok, slightly more salty food than sweet. Overall the staff was very kind and available. Pictures on Booking are exactly as things are.
  : Wi-fi non very stable and sometimes slow (it was essential for us since we did not have internet coverage with our home mobile SIM).Sometimes the bathroom had a bad smell but acceptable (we did not have a window in the bathroom, just a ventilator).

  : The hotel is located in a busy street and the balcony is minimalist, no table, overlooking restaurants, no privacy.

  : Its written there is private parking and there is no. We had to park in the streets, where traffic is crazy and next to the delivery entrance of a supermarket and our car got scrached many times!Breakfast is not in the hotel its in a restaurant down the street, but its not bad, only not expected.We booked bigger room and got a very small room, even for 2.The bed was squeaking very badly. There were many people loud and yelling in the middle of night on the hallway, because the rooms are all next to the reception and in the same floor.The reception was always empty.
