  : The location is perfect if you are going to Anza Borrego State Park. It's just minutes from the visitor center. The room has small kitchen, perfect for prepping meals or snacks. Pots, plates and utensils were provided.

  : The property is a dated facility that has been updated and well maintained. The staff (owners) are very helpful and friendly. Also the pool area is very nice
  : My only complaint is it is not walking distance to town. However you don't really come to Borrego springs without th e expectation of needing to drive.

  : Very nostalgic cool vibe. Area the motel is in is very close to really great hikes and sight seeing. The staff was fabulous.
  : Rooms were old, need an upgrade. Some mold in bathroom shower area. Carpet old. Maybe upgrade to a fau hardwood floor easier to keep clean. Room had a bit of a musty smell. Our room door knob fell off, the front desk had to repair it.

  : It seemed like an organized facility and everything looked well maintained outside. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
  : They may have nicer rooms, but my room was awful. It was small and dark with a view of the parking lot. Everything was old and the bed and pillows uncomfortable. But the worst part was the noise. The heater sounded like it was making enough noise to heat a building. The fan speed was already on low and finally I just shut it off. Then the refrigerator, which was a couple of feet from the foot of the bed, made noise constantly. Running and gurgling. Perhaps if they hadn't waited until I arrived to plug it in, it wouldn't have run so much. One more noise, a generator I think it was, kept going on and off outside all night. I couldn't sleep. My advice to the management or powers to be is to spend a night in that room. Perhaps it could be reserved for the hearing impaired. One last thing, Wi-Fi was essentially useless at night. Everyone must have been using it because I couldn't get pages to load or watch videos.
